Fish Exclusive-Return Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and sending out the return package.
Customers are only allowed to use the trial-size/sample; full-size and promotional items(free gifts) must not be opened.
Customers must take a photo of the condition of their face before using the product(before).
In case the product does not suit the customer after use, please take a photo(after) and submit both before and after photos to our customer service to initiate the return process.
Customers must ship the return items within 10 days of receiving the product. Churacos will process the refund within 14 working days after confirming the returned package is in good condition. (Requests received after 10 days will not be processed).
Churatooth Whitening Gel & Churakanasa Brightening Anti-Aging Hydration Gel do not qualify for return as they do not come with a trial-size option.
Returns must include the entire order(including bundles gifts and free gifts with purchase).
Upon receiving the return package, the brand reserves the final decision if the contents don't meet return conditions.
