Q：Will it work immediately？

A：Most users feel changes in the skin immediately, though there will be some differences depending on the skin condition and usage of each individual. Warabihada aims to normalize metabolism of the skin and readjust the skin condition into its optimum state, resulting in beautiful and healthy skin. Therefore, it is recommended to use the product continuously for more than 3 months for healthy skin restoration that brings noticeable changes to the skin.

Q：Is it only applicable on the face and neck?

A：It can be applied on other parts of the body. It is also highly recommended to be used on parts with rough skin or dull areas.

Q：What is the amount that should be used each time? At what time should it be used?

A：The amount of usage depends on each individual, but please start from the size of a rice grain and increase gradually. In addition, it is recommended to be used after cleansing the face in the morning and at night for best results.

Q：How long would one container of gel last?

A：If it is used twice a day, in the day and at night, you will probably use two containers in a month, but it might be slightly different for each person depending on personal habits.

Q：Is there an expiration date?

A：Yes. An unopened and properly stored container will be able to last for three years. It might deteriorate under high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight. In addition, please finish it as soon as possible after opening. Avoid placing it in areas with high temperature, high humidity, and direct sunlight.

Q：Can this product be used with other skin care products?

A：Yes. When using it with other skin care products, please use products of a compatible nature. However, please do not mix it physically with other products. This is an all-in-one product. It does not need to be used with other products. If you are used to using toner or essence, it is recommended to use essence after the toner has been fully absorbed, and then apply Warabihada in the end, but it is recommended by CHURACOS to try using Warabihada only in the beginning, and then add on other products gradually only if you feel that the skin is not moisturized enough, to avoid causing too much burden on the skin.

Q：When using the product, it feels like I am exfoliating the face to remove dead skin, is this a normal way of using it?

A：In order to create a gel texture, ingredients that expands the outer membrane are added into the Warabihada All-in-one Hydration Gel. When used during massaged, the ingredients will be rubbed repeatedly, producing heat which will dry the gel. This causes the crystallized gel to peel off which does not affect the skin.

When applying skin products, the effect will not be enhanced by rubbing it too hard and it might even damage the skin instead. It is thus recommended to apply it evenly on the skin and press gently to allow absorption into the skin.

Q：Can the effect be observed immediately?

A：Most customers feel changes immediately after using it, but the actual results vary depending on skin condition and usage of the individual. Q：Will it be more effective if I leave it on for more than 5 minutes？

A：No, you do not have to leave it on for more than 5 minutes. Leaving masks on for a longer period of time does not mean that it will be better for your skin. In fact, having it on for too long might cause dry skin. Please rinse it off after 5 minutes.

Q：Do I need to cleanse my face with facial wash after using the mask?

A：No, rinsing it off with water will do.

Q：Is it suitable for sensitive skin as well?

Q：Can it be used by children?

Q：Can I use it with an electric toothbrush?

Q：Can it replace the toothpaste that I am using now?

Q：How is it different from ordinary whitening toothpaste?

Q : How much should I use every time?

A : It’s about 3-4 pumps per usage, but depends on how thick your makeup is.

Q : Is it ok to apply it when my hand is wet?

A : No problem, but it is advisable to apply it after drying your hands for a better result.

Q : May I use it if I’m wearing mascara or water-proof cosmetics?

A : No problem for eye lashes extensions. If you are using water-proof eyeliner or mascara, it’s advisable to cleanse it by a specific eye makeup remover.

Q : Do I need to use a makeup remover if I’m only applying sunscreen or foundation？

A : Sunscreen are similar to makeup, hence a makeup remover is needed to remove the sunscreen.

Q : Does it have a expiry date?

A : Yes, you may store it for 3 years from the manufacturing date if unopened.

Avoid places with high temperature, high humidity and direct sunlight.

Q : What should I take note when using the product?

A : If the colour or smell is abnormal, or causes skin irritation, please stop using it immediately.

Q : Should I continue to use it if I have skin irritations?

A : If there is skin irritation, e.g. swelling, pain, allergy etc., please stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice from your doctor.

Q : Does it contain preservatives, artificial fragrance or artificial colourant?

A : Since the product does not contain additives like preservatives, fragrances and colourants, 

please finish it as soon as possible. Avoid storing it at places which have high temperature, high humidity or direct sunlight. The brown colour of the product is from the Okinawa mozuku extract.

Q : How to use it?

A : Apply Neo Churabihada Moisturizing Carbonic Acid Makeup Remover Gel evenly on your face.

The carbonic acid foam will form after 1 minute, removing your makeup gently.

Massage your face gently with your hands, and remove the carbonic acid foam at the same time.

Massage and clean your face with lukewarm water.

Lastly, rinse your face with lukewarm water. Since the product contains beauty essence, you’ll find your skin hydrated and glowing after using it!
